Emails Are Not Being Sent

What to do if emails from Recrur are not going out?

When emails are successfully sent from Recrur, you will immediately receive a confirmation to your email address as copy of each sent message.

If you don’t receive any copies, it may mean that your email address is not authorized.

How to check this?
You can review the status of sent emails in two places:

  • on the candidate’s profile
  • or under your Recrur settings.

⚠️ If you see the following error message, you may need to update your email integration:

To update the integration, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name in the top menu bar
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Emails
  4. Open the Integrations section
  5. Click Reconnect account
