General profile of the candidate
A user with admin and recruiter rights can view a candidate in Recrur in two ways: from the activity view and from the general profile.
The candidate’s general profile is visible only to users with admin and recruiter rights! Users in the client role cannot see this profile!
The candidate’s application history is summarized on the general profile, e-mails sent to him/her and his/hers consents can be seen. Therefore, the general profile is hidden from the client role.

The candidate’s profile can be supplemented with his/her data: add keywords, web page links, recommender. To change and supplement, you need to click on the yellow pencil in the upper right corner.
Based on the face, next to the name of the candidate, he/she can generally be evaluated and later selected from the database based on a filter.
From the field marked with an envelope, you can send an e-mail to the candidate, from the field marked with a suitcase, you can manually add the candidate to a new job, and from the field marked with green circles, you can send either a task or a meeting invitation to a colleague related to the candidate.
ALL the documents submitted by the candidate during the application process are grouped together under documents. For example: if a candidate has applied for three positions with different documents, all the files submitted by him/her will be displayed under the documents.
In the field on the right, you can manually add documents to the candidate’s profile.
In the jobs box, you can see the candidate’s application history and status for each contest.

A general comment about the candidate can be added to the comments box. The comment added there will be visible from now on under the job in the Last comment box, and this comment will be automatically included with the candidate in every subsequent job to which he/she applies.

Under E-mails, you can see the history of e-mails sent to the candidate from Recrur:

Under agreements, you can see when the candidate has confirmed the specific agreement:
